Notes: A starter is created by soaking raw and steamed rice in water, allowing lactic acid bacteria to develop using this acidic water to make sake. Named after year Omachi rice was discovered. Rich, mild, subtly lactic from the bodaimoto. Mushroom, green banana, guava, brown sugar, yogurt, clear and structured, surprisingly dry.

How membership works
Membership packages are available for pick up at Perry's Restaurant on the first Wednesday of every month from 4pm to 6:30pm. You can cancel or change your membership anytime via the customer portal.
